A simple proven process

- Sludge is fed at low pressure into the belt filter press and is compressed as the belt slowly moves the sludge in a circular motion between stainless steel rollers.
- Free water passes through the belt filter and the sludge dewaters as it travels along the belt.
- The force of the belt filter on the sludge is sufficient to dewater the sludge resulting in an exceptionally dry filter cake.
- At the end of the process flocculated sludge is removed from the belt filter and exits the process via conveyer belt.
